Accenture Interactive Operations professionals help our clients achieve increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for direct marketing communications.  In addition, our professionals design marketing programs that help our clients achieve their acquisition, growth and retention objectives across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models.  These technologies typically include campaign management, lead and/or loyalty management, content management, and data management solutions. 



The Position:


The Analytics and Modeling Specialist for Accenture Interactive Operations will lead and assume ownership of commercial pharma analytics and the various internal and 3rd party data sources which are involved.   They will also play role of onshore point of contact for 2 therapeutic areas (CNS and ID) within the client.  This person will have be required to access industry trends and work on day today projects. This person will be working on advanced statistical techniques by finding relationship between multiple variables.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day communication with clients, taking the requirement for any report, project or ad-hoc request, sharing the insights and findings with client teams
  • Manage stakeholder and client management, issue resolution during the day and escalation management
  • Take part in projects by using quantitative methods and drive actionable insights and outcomes from data.
  • Provide regular status update to clients on accuracy, timelines and utilization of team on regular basis
  • Work with offshore team and clarifying any doubts and questions which they have while working on a project
