What part will you play?
The Analyst will be a part of the Sales Research team within CNN Research.
What will you be doing?  
Develops top line and detailed analyses, reporting, and highlights supporting CNN sales and marketing Effectively leverages internal and syndicated data to create analyses Responsibilities comprise responding to requests from sales (RFP/RFI), sponsorship reporting, and supporting work on advertising effectiveness studies Produce user friendly reports highlighting key consumer highlights and performance dashboards that can be shared both internally and externally Play an active role in qualitative and quantitative primary research projects, including helping gather key assets, analyzing the data and creating presentations

What do we need from you?
  • Minimum of 1 year of digital research/analytics experience at a publisher, media agency or research vendor
  • Prior experience using comScore, Nielsen @Plan, GFK MRI, Simmons Experian, YouGov, social analytic tools (Shareablee, Facebook Insights, ListenFirst or Nielsen Social), and market research tools (Mintel, eMarketer)
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics, Adobe reportbuilder/workspace, and Nielsen NMI is a plus
  • Familiarity with Nielsen TV is a plus Experience supporting ad effectiveness research is a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (experience using Pivot Tables and Macros is a plus)
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment and can manage time effectively to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem and media business
