Aleve Direct Therapy Summer Intern

The primary responsibilities of this role, Aleve Direct Therapy Summer Intern, are to: 

 

  • Lead Campaign Metrics & Analytics Reporting
    • Ensure that program KPI's are in place for all media partners;
    • Report and track for each media vendor (WhoSay, Google, Facebook);
    • Weekly tracking & reporting on Amazon AMG & AMS;
    • Weekly tracking & management of Search term performance;
    • Develop 'Best practice' case study report outs on Test & Learn insights;

 

  • Digital Activation Campaign Management;
    • Liaise b/w ADT and Creative agency on development of digital assets, including preparing reviews and communicating edits from Brand & Legal Medical Review (LMR);
    • Assist in development of social media calendar - themes/posting/etc. through end of 2018;
    • Manage Mediacom traffic of assets;

 

  • On-line Video Production Oversight;
    • Liaise b/w ADT Brand and Creative agency for development of OLVs;
    • Develop brief;
    • Lead LMR review;
    • Develop timeline and project scope;
    • Manage pre-prod project deliverables;
    • Assist during pre and post production;

 

  • Manage the Website Refresh;
    • Leveraging new strategy and creative assets, lead website refresh with agency and internal support;
    • Update images;
    • Update consumer communication;

 

  • Trade/Consumer & Shopper Promotions;
    • In support of (2) campaign drive periods, work with internal CP/Shopper/Trade teams to align initiatives;
    • Oversee on-line coupon incentives (Coupons.com, IRC's, coupon links via digital advertising);
    • Liaise with Valassis Digital in geo-targeted ad development and program targeting;
    • Assist in executing retailer specific advertising/incentives on and off-line.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Actively pursuing a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal professionally with internal customers of various organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively within a departmental team and with members of the same or higher organizational levels.
  • Good organization, documentation, prioritization and scheduling skills together with an overall desire to learn.
  • Basic problem solving and project management abilities together with a professional image.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office with proficient level proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Facebookads platform
