As an Agile Program Coach, you provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to executives, managers, Product Owners, ScrumMasters, and other Agile transformation stakeholders, primarily on client engagements but also to Accenture|SolutionsIQ colleagues. Drawing from your experience advising organizations, you lead by example and challenge the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. With your excellent listening, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, you help organizations achieve their targeted business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and guide to organizations throughout their Lean-Agile transformation, including the use of scaling frameworks and value stream identification and optimization
  • W ork with senior leaders to define strategies and roadmaps for transitioning to Lean-Agile practices
  • Lead coaching activities across multiple functional areas
  • Design and lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Mentor and pair with change agents and stakeholders within client organizations on becoming true Lean-Agile champions and developing lasting Agile capabilities
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members on the Accenture|SolutionsIQ team on influencing organizational change and removing transformational impediments
  • Support sales activities through participation in proposal creation/presentation and onsite visits to prospective clients
  • Proactively collaborate with Accenture|SolutionsIQ staff working on your engagement to ensure alignment in the approach for achieving customer satisfaction
  • Support the internal Accenture|SolutionsIQ Product Development team with refining product and service offerings
  • Provide feedback and ideas concerning opportunities for organizational improvement
  • May be responsible for P&L of an engagement
