Advisory – Robotics Process Automation, Architect – Senior Manager The Connected Growth Platform (CGP) supports our strategy to become the most connected, responsive and insightful consulting firm. The CGP will focus on managed services, digital and emerging technologies (including cyber), service delivery centers, EY wavespace™ and select system implementation practices. The CGP capabilities will be infused into our service offerings and go-to-market execution to provide our clients with cross-sector insights and integrated capabilities across all government and public, commercial and financial services sectors in the US. This integration will allow us to move faster, work smarter and achieve more with our clients. Your key responsibilities Support client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients and lead business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts. Lead teams of resources in all aspects of the design and delivery of solutions, including strategy/operating model, solution architecture/design and software development/implementation. You will have direct interaction with our clients, working on process transformation projects. Skills and attributes for success
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
  • Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; consistently deliver quality client services
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget
  • Constantly develop your understanding of current market trends and processes, and share your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
  • Generate new business opportunities and understand EY and its service lines, and actively assess/present ways to serve clients
  • Act as senior delivery lead on programs, able to lead teams of analysts, developers and architects
  • Support sales pursuits as well as delivery

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field and approximately eight years of related experience; or a graduate degree, MBA or MS preferred, and approximately seven years of related experience
  • Demonstrated software development and team leadership experience through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture and system design, development and production release
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Experience in client presentations and proposal/statement of work creation
  • Hands-on experience in most of the following areas:
    • Application architecture and design
    • Definition of technical requirements
    • Development of business and technical requirements
    • System selection and implementation support
    • Proof of concept design and implementation
    • Business and IT process reengineering
    • Application integration
    • Agile software development
  • Previous application/package experience in any of the following:
    • Blue Prism
    • Automation Anywhere
    • WorkFusion
    • Pega Robotics/OpenSpan
    • UiPath
    • NICE
    • Kofax
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80%–100%
  • Valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting experience with a consulting firm or large global firm
