Advisory Financial Services Delivering Deal Value Senior Associate

A career in our Merger and Acquisition Integration practice, within Data and Analytics Technology services, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organisational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organisations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. You’ll make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge. Our team helps our clients undergoing post deal integration turn complex data into actionable business intelligence. As part of the team, you’ll help with data analytics, modelling, benchmarking, and visualisation.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accounting, Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Computer and Information Science

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 
Demonstrates proven considerable operational knowledge of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures including pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation, with considerable knowledge of two or more of the following functional areas: Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and/or Sales and Marketing.

Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success related to project management within a Merger, Acquisition or Divestiture environment, or similar complex project with multiple stakeholders in a fast pace work environment, including the following: 
- Leading teams that foster a productive teamwork environment, as well as coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
- Delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, sharp analytical and problem solving including the ability to frame complex problems and apply creative analytics to formulate a pragmatic solution;
- Participating actively in client or management discussions to gather data and understand issues;
- Leading project work streams, including project staffing, budgeting, planning, and status updating and also work autonomously with little direction; 
- Communicating effectively in written and oral formats to various situations and audiences;
- Facilitating working sessions of medium to large sized groups -Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
