Job DescriptionPerform assigned programming projects of all sizes and levels of complexity as part of a team or independently. Participate in the design, coding, unit testing, documenting changes required to continue to enhance a legacy system. Expected to work as part of a team of experienced developers in expanding the capability of the LTC Pharmacy. Be able to develop to the industry standard and perform code reviews to ensure that other developers are following standards. Participate in design discussions and solution design sessions with business and software development teams to provide the required enhancements. Requires periodic work to be performed on weekends and nights outside of the normal business hours to help support any production release or issue if the application development team is needed.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience developing in a large scale system environmentPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience designing, and leading development teams.EducationVerifiable Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent experience developing in a large scale system environment required.
