Advertising & Analytics - Sr. Manager, Product Insights and Analytics (AdCo)

This position
will support senior management and supervisor in making data-driven decisions
and will interface with other groups within the organization, such as Finance and Operations. Responsible for leading,
implementing and providing complex analyses on the product team’s P&L,
vetting potential partnerships, new product exploration / forward-looking
projects, data and key performance indicator creation to help the organization evaluate
its performance.

This
position conducts complex financial analysis and modeling, constructs and
implements new reports to help management understand product efficiencies /
inefficiencies and reconciles against other data sets, working closely with the
Finance, Operations and Product teams. Demonstrates in depth knowledge of the
economics of business and thorough understanding of the income statement.
Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing
of strategic business objectives. Creates presentation materials for internal
approval from Officers or Executives of AT&T and affiliates. Builds and
maintains databases and dashboards with pertinent indicators. Integrates both
financial and strategic analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses and
conclusions. Distills core components of complex problems into succinct and
easily understood set of conclusions. Demonstrates confidence and poise in
presenting hypotheses, conclusions and recommendations to senior management.

Job
Contribution: Works on wide variety of projects where analysis of data requires
evaluation of several factors, including an understanding of current business
trends.

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Typically 3-5 years of experience in related field. Experience in Investment
Banking, Consulting and / or Media companies preferred. Supervisory: No.
