Advertising & Analytics - Sr. Manager – Advanced TV Projects and Implementation (AdCo)

Obtain an exciting role
operationalizing advanced TV advertising products, process, and system
solutions.  Advanced TV encompasses all
forms of traditional and data enabled/data driven TV ad sales solutions.  This position will be responsible for
matching TV advertising sales operations needs with robust system solutions and
scalable business practice and process.  Coordinate
across multiple AT&T Advertising & Analytics teams including Ad Tech,
Data & Analytics, Ad Sales Planning, Product, and Marketing to evaluate,
operationalize, train and launch the future of AT&T tradition and advanced
TV advertising solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive product evolution and improvement to support and
    enhance the Ad Sales business for optimal revenue potential
    • Liaison with
      Product and Business Development teams
  • Subject matter expert and point of contact traditional
    and data enabled TV platform solutions and projects
    • Project Manage
      implementations of new product/feature rollouts
  • Creation
    Ad Sales Operations workflows tied to newly implemented TV ad products and/or
    projects
  • Collaborate with counter parts on digital &
    addressable sales operations teams for packaging opportunities and system
    solutions
  • Provide training to Sales Planning, Traffic
    Operations, and Ad Ops Support groups
  • Work closely with Sales Planning to ensure proper
    execution and stewardship of campaigns
  • Review vendor and internal functional spec/design docs
  • Partner with multiple AT&T teams including Ad
    Tech, Traffic Operations, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data &
    Analytics, Ad Sales Planning, Product, and Marketing on initiatives related to
    addressable TV

Training
and Special Skills

  • Project management certification a
    plus
  • 5+ years experience in
    advertising/media sales
  • Familiarity with agile development
    process a plus
  • Knowledge of linear ad sales traffic a
    plus
  • Ad sales system knowledge a plus (DealMaker,
    DealMaker Digital, OperativeOne, WideOrbit, Sales Force, FreeWheel)
