Advertising & Analytics - Sr, Digital Inventory Analyst (AdCo)

Overall Purpose: Manages digital yield and monetization for AT&T Ad Works Digital Advertising inventory.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage site analytics and 3rd party revenue reporting to identify areas of strength, best practices and opportunities for Yield improvement and maximizations
  • Identify, establish, and optimize 3rd party demand partnerships with SSPs/Exchanges, networks, and DSPs/Agency Trading Desk partners to ensure optimal fill at highest achievable CPMs for display and video formats across all inventory
  • Constantly look for improvements, monetization opportunity, and conduct multivariate testing on a regular basis to make informed, data driven decisions
  • Perform analysis for all ad placements and partners to identify trends that can help maximize revenue  
  • Act as liaison between Ad Sales and DSP/Trading Desk partners, able to make actionable recommendations on deal structure to maximize delivery and yield
  • Communicate strategy, analysis, forecasting, and implementation plan to the revenue team and senior leaders
  • Lead efforts to improve eCPM and RPM yield across AT&T AdWorks digital business
  • Responsible for ensuring that the content owners are meeting the contractual inventory obligations through analyzing delivery KPI’s
  • Work closely with manager, yield management on Site Gardening in FreeWheel MRM
  • Works closely with reseller partners during initial integration set-up and product/operations during testing 
  • Manage end-to-end relationships with external partners on a day-to-day basis from onboarding to integration and ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with management to review, optimize and innovate ad products
