Advertising & Analytics - Senior Project Manager (AdCo)

Overall Purpose: Performs non-technical project management work focused on internal AT&T projects.  Focused primarily on legal, compliance, and privacy related projects, this individual will assist in managing legal and compliance programs intended to strengthen and document compliance and training.  Includes preparation of compliance and privacy program materials, drafting and editing communications, developing processes, and assistance with program tracking and monitoring.  Manages these projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements by applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large legal, compliance, and privacy projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget. Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates project team activities, and identifies resources. Projects can be complex in nature, sometimes follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple groups, and require analytical skills to define scope and objectives. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates to client/vendors/stakeholders.

Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification desired.

Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years’ experience.

Supervisory: No.
