Administrative Assistant

Job Description
• Support the Large Cap team of Managing Directors, Directors, Vice President, Associates and Analysts

• Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism at every client interaction

• Field incoming calls and maintain a group calendar for the team

• Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met

• Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation (i.e. reports, invoices, correspondence/communications, files, etc.) for the team

• Schedule and organize internal meetings, including arranging required equipment, refreshments, etc., as required

• Support the team in processing expense reimbursements and booking travel
Job Requirements
• Maintain proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required (ie. MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

• Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/area

• Maintain discretion/confidentiality in all tasks

• Support a work environment that promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest

• Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Act as liaison between the business and HR on administrative issues

• Ad-hoc duties as and when requested
