Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.

Wealth Management (WM): Wealth Management business is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and Consumer Banking. In Wealth Management, clients are provided with a complete range of solutions to help them manage, preserve and transfer their wealth.

Unique opportunity to join the San Francisco Wealth Management team as an Administrative Assistant to support one or more Senior Leaders in The Private Bank. Performs a variety of administrative tasks. Duties include: Managing complex calendars; Scheduling and coordinating department and regional office meetings to include special events or office functions; Composing complex and/or handling confidential correspondence; Monitoring and balancing general ledger lines and/or expense accounts; Researching general ledger issues; Assisting with budgetary planning; Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring calls from external/internal sources.  Provides support for larger projects managed by others.  Acts as an information source on departmental/business unit policies and procedures. May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs. May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals. May establish office procedures and controls. May direct the work of others. May require attendance at office or client events outside of normal business work hours.



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience



Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
  • Knowledge and understanding of project coordination and expense tracking
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with event planning is a plus
