Warner Bros. Technology is seeking an Ad Ops Specialist for the Consumer Intelligence team. Our team engages with hundreds of millions of consumers around the world on web, mobile, television and movie screens. The Warner Bros. Consumer Intelligence (WBCI) team aggregates, analyzes, and activates data generated by these platforms to execute digital advertising strategies for Warner Bros. divisions.

The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for the technical setup and execution of digital campaigns. This person will support Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns are set up, tracked and delivering according to campaign objectives and will have the opportunity to operate in an exciting suite of ad-tech platforms, including ad servers, paid social platforms, DMPs, CDPs, and tag managers.  

This person will have the opportunity to work on campaigns across multiple Warner Bros. divisions, including international markets to provide and implement a supporting model from the ground up.  

  • Manage the setup, trafficking and QA of digital media campaigns across a variety of ad platforms.  
  • Ensure campaign structure and naming conventions align with reporting best practices. 
  • Own all aspects of tag and pixel generation, implementation and QA across our ad-tech spectrum, including Google Floodlights, Facebook Pixels, and more. 
  • Work with internal and external partners (including website/mobile app teams, publishers, exhibitors, retailers, etc.) to ensure proper tag implementation.
  • Stay current on ad-tech and mar-tech to identify opportunities to enhance the current tech stack, build new capabilities and improve internal processes.
What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in display and video ad operations and trafficking.
  • Experience working in DoubleClick Campaign Manager and BidManager, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms or ad servers.
  • Experience working with viewability / brand safety partners, such as IAS, DoubleVerify and Moat.
  • Experience using web inspections tools, such as Ghostery, Charles, Fiddler, or Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying, including platforms such as DMPs and DSPs.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and concepts, such as Tag Managers
  • Knowledge of campaign set up and naming convention best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with media, marketing, ad tech, and technical development teams.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and schedule a high workload.
  • Is results driven with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about digital and the changing ad-tech landscape.
