People in our Client Delivery Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward. Program Specialist Services professionals provide project based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

The Accounts Payable Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Project Management Responsibilities
  • Negotiates solutions and resolves Accounts Payables issues and/or disputes with Accenture and Client
  • Develops and utilizes a balanced site scorecard metrics to provide regular performance reports needed by client and Accenture leadership for Accounts Receivables process
  • Manages all quality scores and maintains agreed service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Accounts Payables process
  • Reviews daily, weekly and monthly service levels metrics
  • Provides recommendations and implementation of quality improvement methods
  • Maintains accurate and timely transaction volumes for Accounts Payables process
  • Front line contact for Client operations for questions or issues surrounding service levels specific to Accounts Payables process
  • Responsible for the preparation of management reports in line with Client and Accenture's requirements
  • Operations Management Responsibilities
  • Interacts and participates in client work groups, and where appropriate systems development projects, and other similar activities
  • The secondary point of contact between Accenture and the client management on service delivery requirements, issues, and customer satisfaction relating to Accounts Payable's process
  • Participates in service delivery meetings providing status on Accounts Payable's team performance, potential issues, etc.
