Account Manager, Business Development, BASF Pharma Ingredients (1801957) – Northeast, USA Where the Chemistry HappensWe are searching for a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and be a member of the Pharmaceutical Ingredients Sales Team. Formula for Success
  • Leveraging your educational background in Chemistry or Biology and your professional experience in pharmaceutical industry sales, you will manage an assigned territory in a professional manner by actively visiting the customer base to understand and capture their needs, positively promote BASF Pharma capabilities, and match customer needs with BASF Pharma Ingredients Solutions.
  • Your strong customer relationship management skills will be a valued asset as you identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the target market area.
  • Your ability to establish effective territory and account plans in accordance with market strategy will be a plus as you promote BASF Pharma platforms and basic functionality features and benefits of BASF Ingredients to customer technical teams.
  • Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will report industry and customer trends to the Marketing team and issue strategic and tactical recommendations to implement the business plan.
