Position Summary


As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engagement teams as we look to deliver upon our clients’ needs. You will also provide deep understanding of the industry landscape and business options in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends. Our goal is to provide actionable insights to the world’s top firms, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute at global scale, with speed and agility (pre / during / post sales). 


Key Skills / Experience

Analysis: Advanced financial acumen with ability to synthesize large amounts of public and non-public financial data and ability to conduct spend analyses;

Value Identification: Perspectives on SG&A (Technology, Marketing, Travel, Facilities, Professional Services, etc.) and COGS (Headcount, Fund Fees, Transfer Agencies, Market Data, etc.) and corresponding should-costs;

Value Realization: Expertise in executing on cost reduction opportunities across supply and demand / consumption levers;

Value Sustainment: Integrating changes into budgets, controlling and monitoring; standing-up operational capabilities (i.e. people, process, technology) to sustain results;

Other Skills: Proficiencies in supporting client origination, journey management, managing and coaching others, leadership, effective communication (written and oral)
