An eReceivables Sales Analyst 2 supports the Electronic Card Solutions Sales Team, specifically the eReceivables Sales Officers. The ERSA leads the sales process from when the customer says yes to submission for implementation. The ERSA is responsible for coordinating the entire deal flow including documentation and contract needs, ensuring collaboration and proactive communications with multiple internal partners and customer contacts, ensuring accuracy and completion of all packages, and promptly escalating any issues independently and/or collaboratively with sales officers, the credit team, banking partners, and product partners. The ERSA will focus on making it easy for customers and partners to do business with the eReceivables team and driving speed to revenue through accuracy, completion, proactive communication and appropriate prioritization. Position will support multiple sales team members with more complex and challenging portfolios. Must be able to lead change effectively and work independently. Has the capacity to learn quickly and understands the “why” behind every task. Highly engaged to understand the eReceivables business and make significant contributions to the team’s success.   • Collaborates with contract validation and underwriting teams to identify compliance and credit requirements, and will operate within the standard processes and procedures as outlined.

  • Performs credit operational processes leveraging the Credit Requirements matrix, Contract Requirements Matrix and additional checklist/resources to ensure packages are complete when submitted for approval.

  • Reviews and interprets complex corporate and legal documentation with emphasis corporate structures and ownership to determine structure of deal and documentation needs as it compares to credit approval documentation.

  • Perform sales support tasks that include creating contracts, complex research, gathering and uploading required documentation and submitting quality deals that are accurate and complete.

  • Promptly escalates issues, concerns or delays in collecting documentation or approvals.

  • Independently handles complex research needs and issues.

  • Perform and/or assist in performing financial statement and/or merchant statement analysis for non-complex relationships.

  • Prepares materials and leads pipeline calls with sales partners and implementation managers.

  • Leads special projects and change management.

  • Trains and/or mentors less experienced ERSAs.

  • Consistently provides knowledge share on team and regional calls.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert for team by providing new hire and/or ongoing systems, processes, policies and procedures training.

  • Creates professional development plan and goals based on long term career path.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management
