A Day in the Life Of A Content Writer at AT&T...The UX Content writer works closely with content strategists, information architects, graphic designers, website project managers / digital producers, usability experts, developers, business leaders, and lawyers to ideate, create, and fine-tune Web, mobile, tablet, email, and UI content.
The writer should be able to take complex technical information and translate it into clear, concise, reader-friendly UI text for a B2C audience.
The writer should be able to structure and prioritize content, providing an intuitive customer experience balanced by marketing and legal requirements.
The writer should be able to personalize content for various market segments while maintaining a consistent voice.

Education:Bachelors degree in English or closely related field.
What makes you stand out:
Professional experience as a focused Web / digital content writer; eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
- Strong UI content writing and strategy experience for a non-technical (ideally consumer) audience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, basic HTML, and content management / publishing systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio and/or Axure 8 for rapid prototyping (preferred).
- Ability to proactively collaborate with all kinds of stake-holders and take initiative in getting information.
