  The Recruiting Coordinator handles administrative responsibilities for the Consumer Banking and Branch Delivery Recruiting area.  This role involves processing of confidential information. Duties include submitting offer details for processing, generating reports, making changes as needed to requisitions, updating candidate status, sending candidate correspondence and providing other Recruiter support as needed.  The Recruiting Coordinator also may interact with Hiring Managers and answers questions regarding the Recruiting Process and Tools and may assist Recruiters and/or HR Business Partners on various projects.

  Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
