The PVSI team includes Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Wells Fargo Virtual Channels, and Innovation including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.

Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

We put our customers at the center of every decision we make by focusing on their needs, being a leader in innovation, keeping things simple, and making our solutions easy to implement.

Responsible for the overall growth and customer satisfaction of assigned Large Corporate Commercial Card customer portfolio. Responsible for meeting a yearly sales goal related to the expansion of their relationships. Manages the implementation process of the most complex and or difficult accounts by leveraging and coordinating the various internal resources i.e. Sales Associates, Business Purchasing Service Center, etc. Provides coordination between Technical Support and the customer for training installation and general ledger interface. Consults with the customers to seek out opportunities for process improvement. May assist with elevated customer service issues and with the preparation and presentation of proposals for retaining existing customers.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of account management experience, sales experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • Commercial Card, MasterCard, or Visa products experience
  • Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to address escalated customer issues

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management services, Accounts Payable processes and automation
  • Ability to negotiate and influence expansion of current customer relationships
