Treasury Management Business Analyst

  This position is responsible for utilizing a project management approach to define customer focused processes and procedures used by Treasury Management Implementation Coordinators, Project Managers, Project Leads, and Technical Project Managers.  This role is responsible to provide Implementation staff with ongoing support, problem solving and troubleshooting assistance with issues discovered during the implementation process, and provide the team with the knowledge and tools to proficiently onboard customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.  Represents Treasury Management Implementation while serving as a liaison between Implementation, Operations, Product, and other internal areas of the Bank as necessary.
 
Job Description
    -          Collaborate with implementation, operations, product management, and other business partners to understand product, process, and the relationship to other products and processes. Negotiate to ensure these interactions work together efficiently while keeping the customer experience in the forefront during their onboarding process.
    -          Work as part of a project team or lead a project team to develop and document customer focused, clear and concise process flows, and set-up procedures from a workflow and implementation process perspective.
    -          Create a variety of customer forms and documentation to support new and existing Treasury Management products and services.
    -          Ensure audit responsibilities are accurate and documented for each product and service.
    -          Review new product or service business requirements for impact to implementation and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
    -          Test system changes in UAT environment to validate Implementation documentation.
    -          Create training material in a clear, concise, appropriate manner, and conduct formal training sessions.
    -          Create, assimilate, and convey technical material in a clear and concise manner.
    -          Work with business partners to create system requirements for new products and services, testing any changes
    in the UAT environment.
    -          Act in consultative role as a subject matter expert supporting Implementation.
    -          Pursue continued process improvements and maintain accurate and update to date materials.
    -      Support Implementation staff members with questions or troubleshooting for your assigned product or service during the onboarding process.


 
Qualifications
  Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with project management processes, practices, methodologies, and materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Visio)  
Preferred Skills
  • One to three years experience in process analysis including development of documentation, training, and project management activities
  • Technical writing experience
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
