Campus Recruitingis responsible for sourcing activity for campus (non-visit and local schools)across all Lines of Service (LoS including Advisory, Assurance and Tax).Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Extensive knowledge of sourcing strategy to lead cross line of service recruiting activity for national and local schools. Extensive knowledge or recruiting systems, technology and protocols to recruit efficiently and within an organization's guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with leadership and school teams designated to develop strategic plans and achieve goals for each assigned school/business unit vertical. Demonstrated ability to maintain working relationships with Client Service and HR colleagues; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities. Extensive experience managing relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned schools. Extensive experience managing, analyzing and summarizing candidate flow utilizing tracking databases to facilitate the information transfer to other departments, compliance with firm protocols, and direct interaction with leadership for reporting and communication. Prior Campus recruiting &/or project management experience.
