Supervisor - Commercial Operations

Description About the Position: Lead the day to day management of the Non Standard Service Request (NSSR) process. Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Lead responsibility for the day to day management of the NSSR Process: leads the NSSR team (1 to 3 staff). Ensure the efficient and accurate tracking and recording of submitted Non Standard Service Request (NSSR) documents. Ensure all information and correspondence in relation to NSSR’s is received, recorded and tracked on the NSSR tracker database. Ensure all NSSR data, attachments and PWO’s (Project Work Orders) are stored on the NSSR SharePoint Site. Manage, coordinate and track all NSSR associated meetings (Pre-Triage, Triage, Vendor Meetings, other required meetings). Lead vendors and requestors in developing the NSSR requests, interfacing directly with vendors and business or IS requestors as necessary. Manage disputes arising. Plan all NSSR meetings with Outlook Calendar Management. Manage the NSSR distribution lists to ensure up to date at all times. Develop, produce and maintain NSSR reports: Pre-Triage, Triage, Daily weekly report, Ageing in Excel and KPI’s. Regular correspondence with Vendors and submitters/requesters on PWO follow up. Troubleshoot and resolve related issues with team members, submitters/requesters and vendors as required. Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Required: Bachelor or Associate's Degree preferred. Knowledge of MS Office 2010 and Outlook. Intermediate knowledge of Excel including spreadsheet constructions and queries. Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, setup searches and directory structures for document management. Detailed oriented, customer driven, and team player Preferred Qualifications: Good understanding of Excel spreadsheets, how to setup security and queries, and various reports. Knowledge of word processing. Relative proficiency with computers. Must have communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment. Be able to follow direction as required. Knowledge of setting up SharePoint sites for document management and reporting.
