Student Support Services Tutorial Coordinator

 

♦         Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to ensure proper payment for tutors.

 

♦         Select, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate tutors.

 

♦         Coordinate with tutors on a regular basis concerning student progress.

 

♦         Assist with identification, assessment, and selection of eligible project participants and maintain tutorial files.

 

♦         Responsible for accumulation of data and reports for the evaluation of tutoring and GPA of participants.

 

♦         Coordinate the coaching program.

 

♦         Lead ACT workshop preparation classes.

 

♦         Advise SSS students pursuing a two-year degree and develop a plan for graduation.

 

♦         Travel to other campus locations as necessary.

 

♦         Serve on college committees and perform other duties as assigned by program director.

 

♦         Comply with all policies of the Alabama Community College System and the College.
