The PVSI team includes Consumer Credit Solutions, Deposit Products Group, Innovation, Operations, Treasury Management and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.
Operations Strategy & Engineering (OSE) provides strategic advisory, engineering, and process transformation services to help business leaders achieve excellence in operations. OSE influences and generates thought leadership through a broad suite of management consulting and performance improvement disciplines.

This role partners with managers (from execs to front-line managers) and subject matter experts to surface and analyze business problems, define and communicate operational strategies, and create/execute corresponding plans and initiatives with an emphasis on performance improvement in financial services operations.
