Store Sales & Service Manager - Brooklyn Heights

Job Description

The Store Sales & Service Manager, coaches, and motivates a Store team to deliver legendary Employee and Customer Experience while achieving shareholder value through sales management. This job establishes and solidifies Customer relationships by providing legendary Customer Service based on Guiding Principles, CWI, Think SMART and WOW! Shop criteria. The job also provides oversight to Store operations, including supervision of personnel and performance of all operational duties.

Job Requirements
  • Leads the delivery in retail sales and service to Customers.
  • Recognizes the need to negotiate/influence Employees and Customers and is able to influence/negotiate the outcome within the store and with Business Partners.
  • Assumes Store Manager’s responsibilities as needed.
  • Oversees the necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all Customer transactions (includes daily balancing).
  • Manages overall daily store operations including implementing policies and objectives.
  • Monitors and controls Store reports and manage loss control functions.
  • Manages and participates in opening and closing Store procedures.
  • Develops platform and Teller schedules in accordance with Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and manages Personal Time Off (PTO).
Qualifications
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years related experience required.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales and Sales Management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
  • PC skills.
  • Knowledge of Bank operations and products.
  • Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality Customer Service.
  • Shows proficiency with expense management.
  • Certified as a Consumer Lender (Preferred).
  • Notary License (Preferred).
  • This position falls within the definition of Loan Originator as defined under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, 12 CFR Part 1026.36, and the definition of Mortgage Loan Originator as defined under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act), 12 U.S.C. §§ 5102 et seq., and its implementing regulations, 12 CFR Part 1007.
  • Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under the standards established by Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, 12 CFR Part 1026.36.
  • Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act), 12 U.S.C. §§ 5102 et seq., and its implementing regulations, 12 CFR Part 1007.
  • A satisfactory criminal background check, credit report, and statements from job applicant regarding administrative, civil, or criminal findings by any government agency are required by federal law for this position.
