Job Summary:

As Senior Manager, Product Marketing and Communications, you will report to the Senior Director, OEM Marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the XFINITY Mobile brand positioning, developing messaging strategy with a detailed understanding of XFINITY Mobile product features, competitive landscape and consumer insights; driving program management and implementation of marketing materials across internal and external audiences; managing the marketing budget including tracking actual spend against monthly forecast across 10+ external vendors and developing monthly reports for XFINITY Mobile management.

This is a high impact position that requires being located at our Philadelphia headquarters.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and steward Brand Positioning and Brand Hierarchy. Responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of the end-to-end XFINITY Mobile brand through cross-functional partnership with all relevant teams.

- Oversee all brand design standards, work with design leads to evolve and drive design consistency, partner with Brand team to lead all naming needs for XFINITY Mobile.

- Own brand standards & guidelines, evolve standards as needed and manage updates to all cross-functional teams.

- Develop messaging strategy using XFINTY Mobile product expertise, competitive positioning and consumer insights as inputs. Provide messaging support to stakeholders as need to ensure brand voice and standardization

- Develop expertise on XFINITY Mobile product, features and competitive positioning.

- Partner with internal competitive analysis and research teams to lead real-time competitive positioning, including offer comparison and competitor de-positioning

- Own messaging guidelines (including a library of legally approved product claims), evolving as needed and manage updates to all cross functional teams.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee communications and multiple internal communication groups as we get ready to launch new product and program features (e.g., employee comms, retail comms).

- Lead the E2E communications of programs as they launch.

- Work with Finance to provide monthly spend forecast for multiple vendors.

- Track monthly actual spend, ensuring vendors are responsibly within budget.

- Develop and present monthly spend reports vs forecast.

Job Specification:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent; MBA Preferred
- Communications / Public Relations
- Generally requires 8-11 years related experience

- Experience managing large ($10M plus) budgets and tracking expenses

- Prior experiences in wireless telecommunications industry preferred

- Self-starter motivated by goals of project and challenges of rapid roll-out

- Superb follow-through, problem-solving and communications skills

- Ability to think strategically while driving tactical execution

- Good strong program management skills

- Understanding on basic financial accounting

- Professional with mature business judgment and strong collaborative style

- Willingness to travel up to 25%
