Sr. Manager, Programmatic, Digital OperationsKey Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for campaign management and planning for programmatic business; including setting up deal ID’s, analyzing campaign performance, suggesting optimizations to increase performance and meet KPI’s established by the clients
  • Collaborate with management, AdOps and Sales teams to create and implement best practices for deal creation, management and execution to ensure organization and efficiency within the programmatic business
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to help fully understand and collaborate to ensure campaign deliverables are met
  • Provide inventory availability on an ad hoc basis to ensure campaign objectives can be met based on targeting requirements
  • Monitor SSP performance on daily basis looking at overall health and campaign performance, including but not limited to analyzing ad requests, bids, wins, impressions, fill rate, conversion rate, spend
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues with internal (Sales & AdOps) and external teams (SpotX/clients)
  • Educate internal teams and clients on our targeting capabilities and limitations
  • Compile and send campaign reporting showing deal health to clients to help foster deal ID usage and increase performance
  • Communicate with clients on a consistent basis to encourage deals utilization, understand how deals will be transacted against and increase spend on low activity deals
