Sr. Manager – Digital Sales Operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert on all digital properties (Tv Everywhere, STB VOD,Cross Screen etc)within the suite of AdWorks Products
  • Leverage knowledge of digital ad technology and programmatic landscape to maximize ad sales revenue
  • Utilize intelligence and business expertise in the digital sectors to inform decision making, account optimization and internal strategy
  • Strategize with Business Analytics to ensure successful outcomes of digital and cross screen campaigns
  • Strategically works with sales to best maximize digital inventory across multiple products
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to vet, roll out and operationalize new and existing digital products and processes with sales needs in mind
  • Work with Product teams to leverage digital expertise to help define Adworks future
  • Collaborate with TV counterparts to effectively cross-package suite of AdWorks products
  • Facilitate Cross Screen execution of Ad campaigns for Ad Sales
  • Work with closely with internal and external groups to troubleshoot issues that may arise
  • Assist sales and planning  in accurately forecasting digital campaigns
  • Provide high level reporting to management on CPM’s, Inventory and revenue and recommendations on yield optimization
  • Monitor and adjust campaign pacing on a weekly basis to achieve client goals
  • Knowledge of freewheel and DFP a plus
