Looney Tunes & DC Comics) to build a portfolio of next-generation multi-media entertainment services. Posting Job Description Warner Bros. Digital Networks Labs is looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist who has both a recruitment and generalist background. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will be based in Philadelphia providing day to day HR generalist and recruiting support. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to pitch in where needed, and passionate about bringing content to our fans through technology.
 
What will you do?
  • Recruiting - Work with our hiring managers on finding, evaluating and hiring the best the talent! 
  • Employer Branding - Represent our teams and grow Digital Labs’ employer brand through presence at meet-ups, , campus events, and more
  • Onboarding - Conduct New Hire Orientation and ensure our new team members are set up for success.
  • Learning & Development - Facilitate training sessions to the entire employee population. Work with the HR Director to coach managers and employees on skill and career development.
  • Employer Relations -  Counsel employees and/or managers regarding a variety of issues.  Serve as advocate to both employee and company regarding policies, employee performance, work environment and conflict issues. Serves as a contact for receiving and investigating employee concerns. 
What do we require from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree. HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally a combination of HR generalist and recruiting experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various management levels
  • Ethical conduct and appropriate confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Familiar with Workday, BrassRing, JIRA, Confluence
  • Good understanding of the consumer web, startups, technology and the technical landscape
