The objective of this position is to support the Global Internal Communications and Digital Strategy manager, and coordinate global communications programs and projects through multiple communications channels and innovative technologies to align with the overall business strategy. This position will be part of the Global Communications Catalyst team and report to the Global Internal Communications and Digital Strategy Manager, and will have a global responsibility. Global Internal Communications and Digital Strategy Specialist (1701278) You are a talented storyteller with strong writing and editing skills as well as an ability to use and create visuals concepts. You are adept at using and experimenting with communication technologies and have experience maximizing digital content in various forms. In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects that support colleagues’ understanding of our vision, mission and strategy as the world’s leading supplier of environmental and process catalysts. In addition, you will work with colleagues at different levels of the organization, including high level executives. Formula for Success: You Will… Communication Technologies
  • Support the development and execution of the global Catalysts digital strategy
  • Maintain and organize digital assets across the Catalysts division (Intranet and internet sites, literature library, digital signage, team Share Point, news releases database, etc.)
  • Monitor the editorial calendar to promote digital content across internal and external channels
  • Assist in the planning, development and production of the Global Catalysts employee town halls and other business forums
  • Provide ongoing content management (posting, updating, quality assurance and brand compliance) for Catalysts division online properties Internal Communications
  • Write stories, create graphics and presentations that illustrate our culture and provide visibility of our business strategy
  • Coordinate the execution of global communications to keep colleagues engaged, empowered and well-informed about the business
  • Track communication activities with internal and marketing communications team members, providing support to ensure alignment and message consistency
  • Support global communication campaigns to support our editorial and business needs
  • Create high quality, compelling organization-wide communications for a variety of channels (email, video, websites, social media)
  • Maintain colleague engagement projects, e.g., website development for the intranet (improving usability and creating more engaging content).
  • Work with several vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production of graphics, photography, publications, websites, videos, etc.; manage associated budgets and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through digital analytics, surveys and other key performance indicators.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
  • BA/BS required, having studied English, Journalism, Communications, or similar field preferred and a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media, corporate communications, internal communications, and/or communications project management roles.
  • Creative and experienced in advanced presentation and graphic development (PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of writing for publications and AP Style, familiar with the use of branding guidelines, templates, etc. required
  • Strong project management skills with proven success from creation to project completion required
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues located in different regions of the world and different backgrounds required
  • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether verbal or written and the ability and discretion to handle highly sensitive and confidential information required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; a self-starter who proactively anticipates the unexpected and has an adaptive mentality, skilled at multi-tasking; adept at prioritizing and organizing multiple projects and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
  • Flexibility, confidence and collaborative style used to succeed in a matrix organization, across various functions and geographies preferred
  • Basic video editing and web design a plus
