  • Global focal point for more than one key manufacturing technology and technology contact for specific production sites
  • Steer complex innovation projects and topics within the phase gate process, manages resources and budget; drives the realization of process improvements together with operations. Initiates and develops process innovation pipeline
  • Lead development of global concepts for process safety and occupational health and implements together with operations, CCT/R and GU. Supports Clean Sheets Safety Reviews and RC audit
  • Analyze the IP situation (in- and external cost and technology benchmarks using the COE ICE tool). Evaluate the options for the introduction of new products and technologies into production. Maintain database of trade secrets.
  • Lead development/optimization of technical concepts and supports capex projects within the OD
  • Serve as expert and consultant for site decision, production footprint optimizations and transfer projects
  • Lead the development and implementation of technology and asset strategies for GBUs

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
  • Master degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
  • 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing and technology or R&D
  • Professional expertise, demonstrated by a history of growth/advancement/expanding influence and recognition as subject matter expert
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to present to Sr. Executives, as well as, related to site operations
