Senior Specialist, Product Development & Innovation, Sales Targeting Analytics

Overview:
MasterCard Enterprise Security Solutions (ESS), develops and delivers world-class risk, security products and services for MasterCard customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Fraud Intelligence & Strategy Team is responsible for:
• The fraud & losses repository
• Mastercard fraud Standards
• Providing fraud analytics and insights to MasterCard and its stakeholders globally
• Supporting development and maintenance of existing and new fraud prevention and monitoring products/services

Role:
The Senior Specialist, Sales Targeting Analytics is needed to:
• Develop an integrated analytical tool to compile, monitor, analyze and report on ESS product metrics to help facilitate targeted sales opportunities
• Work with ESS product teams to develop compelling diagnostics that will deliver product solutions based on stakeholder needs
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and grow ESS revenues

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with ESS product owners to understand product benefits and determine key performance indicators and metrics relevant for each product
• Collaborate with the FIS team to incorporate market and customer insights that will advance sales targeting analytics
• Develop sales support dashboards for self-serve use by ESS regional and product advancement teams
• Project manage through detailed project plans, driving rapid prototyping, iterative design and delivery of a sales targeting analytics

All About You:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data analysis, with the goal of identifying sales and business opportunities
• Degree in a quantitative discipline required (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, decision science)
• Subject matter expertise in payments, cards, and /or fraud or proven ability to learn and master new subject matter areas
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaborative minded and results driven
• Strong knowledge on how to navigate Mastercard to get things done
• Strong problem solving, ability to multi-task and project management skills
• Proven ability to influence others without direct authority
• Experience developing analytical dashboards using Tableau, preferred
