The Corporate Communications’ Digital Content Design & Delivery team is looking for a Implementation Consultant 4 to play a key role in helping develop innovative, effective, and strategic solutions for enterprise digital content.

The Snr. Intranet Content Consultant delivers simple, relevant, consistent, and memorable digital experiences across enterprise team member content and tools.


  • Consult on and implement enterprise-wide content strategies and experiences that leverage research, analytics, and industry best practices to meet user needs, business goals, and company governance and accessibility standards
  • Build, maintain, and measure relevant and actionable enterprise-wide content for team members and managers
  • Define and support online implementation, publishing, and metrics processes including ongoing publishing support and training
  • Develop SharePoint-based content solutions or functionality to improve user experience and publisher efficiencies
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, of varying levels of complexity, duration, and size, including major enterprise-wide projects
  • Act as liaison between the team and technology partners
  • Identify best practices, create new workflows, and streamline existing processes
  • Hire and supervise as needed resources for major enterprise-wide projects such as Annual Benefits Enrollment
  • Scheduling and leading meetings with key stakeholders and partners as needed
  • Review and provide input on project documentation
  • Take initiative, think well on their feet, and remain calm and flexible

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of implementation experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience, publishing, maintaining, and updating web content in a Content Management System (CMS); Open Text and SharePoint preferred
  • Experiencing building, testing, and delivering emails using email marketing tools (e.g. Mail Chimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience reporting on web and email content with web-based analytics tools; Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Comfortable working in deadline-driven content publishing and email delivery environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
  • Good, working knowledge of HTML and CSS; bonus: XML, JavaScript
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Self-starter comfortable with proactive approach and tight deadlines
  • High-level of comfort picking up and running with new applications and tools
  • Experience working on content strategy, content writing, copy editing, or proofreading online content
  • BS/BA or higher in English, Communications, or a related field
