Senior Implementation Project Manager

Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager with project management experience to join our Lender Business Operations team in North Hills, NY.
The Senior Implementation Project Manager will be primarily responsible for project management of operational readiness for Partner Integration and eContracting/Digital Contracting Integration projects. The need for this position is greatly driven with the plans to increase the number of eContracting Lenders in conjunction with the Digital Contracting project.The Sr. Implementation Project Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director Business Operations and be located in the NY office. Your Role:
  • Provides overall project management and coordination of Lender Partner Integration and eContracting integration projects.  Acts as central point of contact for operational readiness and implementation.  Works with cross-functional product readiness teams working cross functionally with all departments and other project related stakeholders as required.
  • Responsible for project management of new partner eContracting integrations including developing and executing project plans to track status and providing regular feedback regarding status including customer concerns to internal stakeholders.  As needed, assists with process documentation and explores areas to improve existing internal processes.
  • Assists with driving solutions for client integration issues in effort to maintain end user satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Perform weekly meeting with internal teams to update program status and review opportunities
  • Liaise between Internal team members and external Lender Partners.
  • Understands and manages evolving stakeholder expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience (minimum): 
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams with the ability to initiate plans and projects; execute and ensure completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is a must.  Salesforce.com and Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills with a strong attention to detail with ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly customer activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as follow-up and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
