Senior Analyst Health & Welfare Plans

Job Description

Altria Client Services' role is to help Altria Group and its operating companies responsibly meet their business goals by providing the high quality services they require in a financially disciplined way. We're looking for a smart, energetic and motivated team player to contribute to our Benefits group as a Senior Analyst, Health and Welfare Plans in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will use your strong organizational and problem-solving skills to assist with key health and welfare plan initiatives. You will also help shape creative communication, education and engagement strategies to encourage our employees, retirees and dependents to become engaged health plan consumers. More about you:

    Specific Skills

    Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Benefits and/or Communications experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong critical thinking, collaboration, engagement, influencing and project management skills
  • Demonstrated use of creative and innovative communication approaches to advance our employee value proposition and our benefits strategy
  • Understanding of effective vendor management principles and practices
  • Advanced health and welfare benefits analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
  • CEBS or other Benefits certification preferred
  • Ability to travel to company facilities and on other company business as needed (estimated 15% or less of time).
