The Tax Reporting Securities Operations Service Specialist 3 (SOSS3) provides world-class service and support to all Wells Fargo Advisors business channel field associates and/or financial center associates. Responsibilities include receiving and resolving questions, inquiries, and problems reported by these customers related to Tax Reporting and Cost Basis processes, policies, and procedures. Resolution must occur in a timely and accurate manner to satisfy internal and/or external clients. Must be able to answer electronic inquiries and respond to e-mails appropriately. Assist entire team in meeting targeted monthly service levels. Assist team members with fulfilling all departmental responsibilities. Ensures all calls and escalations are handled in accordance to departmental policy, procedure, and quality guidelines. Meets or exceeds established goals for service and productivity/availability. Remains current on process and procedural changes, creating or revising departmental procedures as needed. Participates and engages in learning all new information that is delivered and asks appropriate questions to gain a clear understanding in order to support and satisfy customers. Supports a diverse workplace environment. Remains current on industry developments and regulatory changes. Proactively recognizes potential client impacts and service issues. May provide department level reporting using multiple sources. May provide training or work direction to junior level staff. Provides back-up for other desks. May have extensive customer contact; works under minimal supervision.
The Tax Reporting SOSS3 role will be located at Wells Fargo Advisors Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
