KPMG is currently seeking a Resource Management Coordinator, to join our Tax Organization.


  • Assist the Resource Management (RM) team with staffing requests and reporting
  • Develop schedules for new client engagements and maintain schedules of existing engagements
  • Work with RM team to resolve staffing conflicts
  • Monitor resource utilization results
  • Update various spreadsheets and assist with ad hoc projects


  • Minimum of two years of project or resource coordination experience; preferably within a professional services environment
  • High school diploma; Associate's or some college coursework from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
