The Regional Operations & Service Manager is responsible for the Operational activities within the region. The Regional Operations & Service Manager supervises the Branch, Complex and Market Operations Managers to manage operational risk and ensure consistent and efficient execution of the firm's operational policies and procedures. The Regional Operations & Service Manager directs region-wide operational initiatives and provides input at the national level when necessary. In addition, the Regional Operations & Service Manager assists PCG Policies & Practices in various initiatives. The Regional Operations & Service Manager is the key resource for the Regional President on all escalated operational and technology issues. The Regional Operations & Service Manager will be asked to travel to branches on a regular basis. The Regional Operations & Service Manager has responsibility and approval authority for managing operational risk as delegated by the Regional President and Director of Branch Operations. The Regional Operations & Service Manager partners with the branches to manage operational risk in the region and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures. The Regional Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Branch Operations and the Regional President.
The individual selected for this position will possess exceptional leadership skills and be able to initiate and manage projects in a professional manner. You'll be supporting the operations for the Northern Region and be actively engaged with our Field Leadership, Financial Advisors & Client Associates and Hub Support Team. This is a dynamic team that plays an integral role in the efficient and compliant operation of our PCG branches.
