The Finance Recruiter will drive the full recruitment life cycle while attracting and sourcing top-tier candidates for roles on behalf of our Finance organization throughout the United States.
Essential Functions
  • Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for mid to senior level roles
  • Source against a planned strategy, making adjustments as needed, and generating competitive, passive and qualified candidates in an agreed timeframe
  • Drive the structured interview process, ensuring that all interviewers are prepared to assess assigned competencies
  • Assist Hiring Leaders in making final selection decisions
  • Support the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by sharing candidates, best practices, and contributing to the development and implementation of recruiting programs
  • Consult and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding sourcing, screening and securing of talent
  • Execute recruitment strategy sessions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific positions that contribute to pipeline development 
  • Execute very complex job offers
  • Partner and frequently meet with Sr. Leadership in Minneapolis
  • Consult with Hiring Leaders and HR Business Partners and leaders to understand workforce plans, business growth strategies and overall talent management gaps and strengths
  • Assess talent and build passive candidate pools and pipelines for markets and positions
  • In depth experience utilizing sourcing tools
  • Lead strategic planning, coordination, execution, tracking and evaluation of various recruiting initiatives and projects
  • Play a key role in Diversity and Inclusion hiring strategies and programs


 
Qualifications
  Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four or more years of experience in human resources recruiting field
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge in the areas of sourcing, selection, and employment processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- Basic marketing and presentations skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation
