CVS Health, a Fortune 7 company, is currently hiring for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Rebates Forecast and Guarantees Senior Advisor. In this challenging role you will be managing the rebate forecast needs for our largest client. You will be responsible for running rebate forecasts and analysis, work with client and account team to model and forecast various scenarios and present them to the client, revise financial guarantees as needed based on client requested changes. You will also be closely monitoring billed rebates against projections to ensure rebates are maximized. You will partner with employees at all levels across multiple departments including finance, pricing, sales, clinical and account management.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Pulling large required data sets from multiple data
warehouses to use in analysis or reporting.
- Communicate directly with client and presenting analysis
- Evaluate proposed changes and
interpret how they will affect current contract terms and propose modification
to current contract terms as needed.
- Maintaining current work procedures and verify that they
remain within the department’s policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a financial or otherwise related field.
2+ years of experience creating financial analysis models or otherwise related work.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or prescription drug industry preferred
SQL experience
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience creating financial analysis and models or related work.
Self-motivated and track record of working independently and cross-functionally.
Finance and/or Accounting experience.
Good working knowledge of Access
Self-motivated and track record of working independently and cross-functionally.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Finance or Business Degree preferred.
Master’s Degree or MBA also preferred.
