Within Spectrum Enterprise, responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. Performs a variety of project related tasks. Manages project details, drives service and/or task milestones, data collection and analyzing, reporting and communication to rapidly and successfully drive project efforts. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project initiating, planning and management, and monitoring and reporting of telecommunication projects from concept through implementation for projects.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders and clients to ensure successful implementation.
Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools.
Meet with internal cross-boundary partners assigned to the project to exchange key project information, obtain/provide status updates, and gather project-related feedback.
Responsible for handling multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Track performance, service levels, costs, and other metrics required to ensure project goals and company objectives are met.
Document and present to clients and Leadership Lessons Learned using knowledge derived from experiences to promote the recurrence of desireable outcomes relating to assigned projects.
Prepare and present to clients and Leadership Project Closure information to assess the success of assigned projects, identify best practices for future projects, resolve all open issues, and formally close projects.

Solid knowledge and experience in delivering medium scale, technically complex, multi-location infrastructure network deployment projects.
Excellent ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
Rapidly learn, attain knowledge from various technical and business resources, and demonstrate the ability use them effectively to drive internal cross-boundary partners, clients, and project milestones with minimal supervision.
2+ years working with Ethernet (networking), Data, Voice, Managed, and Video Services, delivered over various forms of technologies (fiber and coax).
Aptitude and ability to develop and rapidly attain an understanding of Charter Service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.
High proficiency in leading diverse cross functional groups in pursuit of meeting project objectives.
Cultivate, manage, and maintain an effective client relationship by demonstrating a solid proficiency in all aspects of one or more projects through the service delivery process (i.e., end-to-end) in the best interest of both the client and the company.
Excellent ability to communicate, and develop strong working relationships, with various technical, operational, and administrative functional groups, and maintain professionalism when adversity arises.
Well-developed ability to communicate verbally, employ readily understood spoken words, ensure proper enunciation and tone of voice, and demonstrate an understanding of and the ability to use active listening skills and emotional intelligence.

Understand business objectives and their relationship to metrics/key performance indicators. Identify process, tool, and/or system gaps targeted to l improve efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Visio, Project). Proficiency in Salesforce is desired.
Knowledge and/or experience working with the Government and Education market vertical is desired. This includes knowledge of the federally funded E-Rate Program, working with State Information Resource Departments, and government procurement/purchasing rules and/or regulations.Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
