The Program Manager (PM) will lead the team in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project or segment of a project to produce the required solution.
Ability to accelerate program growth in professional services market to include interfacing with federal customers to identify growth areas.
Ability to assess program health and identify opportunities for program growth and expansion.
Shall be able to evaluate fiscal health including revenue and EBIT goals and staffing mix and experience.
The PM must have superior communications and writing skills, and be able to develop program performance measures, and monitors and evaluate program performance throughout the life cycle to include sub-primes.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Bachelors, 10+ years experience in program management
Desired: PMP Certification
