Production Operators (2nd and 3rd shift)

U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company's role is to responsibly manufacture and market USSTC brands to adult tobacco consumers in a financially disciplined way, and to provide manufacturing services to PM USA and NuMark for their smokeless products. We are currently seeking highly qualified production operators to join our plant located in Nashville, TN. The Nashville, TN facility is planning to hire manufacturing positions to support high speed production operations, as well as ongoing efforts to adopt high performance work systems. These manufacturing positions are primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and surrounding work areas. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to work in the U.S. and for USSTC, and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays. Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete 120 probationary days of employment. Previous manufacturing/factory experience is preferred.
