Product Mgr, F&I 2.0 Platform


Demonstrate product domain expertise and drive and facilitate successful agile software product development through proper assessment, planning, requirement documentation, team leadership, and user acceptance testing.

·Develop domain expertise and form product points of view to drive product innovation and development efforts.

·Elicit software requirements from dealer clients by interview and market analysis; interpret and define "need" vs "want".

·Develop appropriate product strategies, positioning statements, and product requirements that conveys absolute and desirable functionality and is consumable by development teams

·Develop value propositions, budgets, and practical roadmaps for products including feature and story sequencing.

·Communicate with assigned Development staff to ensure accuracy and understanding.

·Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during beta release and refine or redefine requirements as needed.

·Coordinate efforts with Program Manager to ensure accurate development of support materials.

·Support enhancement requests to assigned products and provide timely and appropriate updates on progress to Stakeholders

·Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing improvements to current systems; and enforcing standards for product management process.


·       College degree or equivalent work experience

·       3+ Years of product management and/or development experience, preferably in new product development

·       Experience in Software - as - a - Service (SaaS), Business - to - Business (B2B) product and service development

·       Strong analytical and cross-functional product development background

·       Must be comfortable with conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies or applications to senior management and across a diverse product team

·       Agile Product Development, Launch and Lifecycle management experience

·       Previous experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion

·       Ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

·       Strong initiative and ability to drive projects to completion with limited supervision

·       Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·       Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail

Automotive Retail experience and/or Data Analysis experience a plus
