Pharmacy Technician Location Code OF149 Position Summary: Works under direct supervision of a pharmacist and supervisor. Prepares labels and other documentation. Prepares, maintains operations records as required. Filling pharmacy order and maintaining complete and accurate dispensing records. Experience with Auto Med facility is a plus.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Tech experience New Jersey Pharmacy Technician Registration
Preferred Qualifications: Able to understand and apply basic computer skills and record data accurately. Understands Pharmaceutical calculations. Must have understanding of basic pharmacy law and protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external departments. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Has ability to adapt and change with pace of work flow. This position will stand a majority of the time and will be asked at times to back fill into other BE support roles.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
