Position Summary:
Do you have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service?
As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting our chronically ill patients with the ordering of their specialty prescription medications. Your purpose is to provide expertise and customer service to our valued members or providers relating to enrollment, refilling of prescription orders, discussing benefits, and any/all other questions in regards to placing and successfully receiving their prescription medication.
Your Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Interacting with members who may have serious chronic conditions, as well as physician practices, insurance carriers, health plans, and pharmacy operations team members
  • Answering inbound and conducting outbound calls
  • Routing calls to appropriate departments
  • Entering accurate information into a multi-screen computer application
  • Assisting pharmacy services staff members with answering phones, triaging calls, filing and other administrative support activities
The facility is open 365 days of the year and the hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-6:30pm. The schedule is rotating where you will start anywhere from 7am-12pm. You will ideally have a flexible schedule to adapt to any schedule changes.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of working in customer service


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional work experience involving inbound and/or outbound phone customer service
  • 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare related field
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefits Management or Specialty Pharmacy


Education:
High School Diploma or GED
