  The position will function as an internal coach for the Licensed Banker Program and as well as support for the WM Strategy to increase our engagement with the retail branches. The coach role is to help bankers identify wealth opportunities within the branch by deeper profiling and understanding the proper segmentation for that customer. The coach will be responsible for facilitating calls with bankers, WM teams and CBBD leadership. A major component of the role is the on boarding process for new bankers wanting to become Licensed Bankers, this includes facilitating calls, coordinating paperwork, holding weekly calls and sending out emails to leadership. The role will also support the WM Strategy with logistics planning, facilitating webinars and miscellaneous projects to increase our success. Other duties to include but not limited to send emails to leadership communicating results, updating spreadsheets, participating in monthly new Licensed Banker training, presenting on region calls. Critical skills are situation coaching, providing input for coaching materials, mulit-task on a variety of projects and interactions with senior leaders.

 
Qualifications
  Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of project management or related experience
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic understanding and application of Performance Improvement skills
- Basic understanding of banking regulations and policies
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bank's products, services and operations
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong project management and financial skills
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
