Responsible for the development and design of packaging materials, lead the packaging team to establish systems Guidance on the improvement of development and installation processes. Know and guarantee the application of Packaging standards. Promotes the development of new suppliers.
Main responsibilities:
Production Support: Line operators training, Packaging quality monitoring, Testing of new materials, processes and equipment. Support to the Department of Purchasing: Development of new suppliers.
Supplier certification and audit (quality assurance).
Development of production in third parties.
Verticalization Support: Blow molds and injection molding: approval of technical drawings of product and validation of the molds through try-out's, Molds of soaps: approval of technical drawings of product and validation of the molds through try-out's.
Technical Services: Preparation of PMPS (Packaging Material Purchase Specification), Determination of bar code, Development of technical and aesthetic specifications of packaging materials for regular products and promotions, Development of specifications for RFMC effect, Data entry of packaging materials in the System (SAP).
POPs elaboration.
Analysis of packaging materials for competing products.
GMP and QS audits.
Determination of palletizing patterns. Main responsibilities
Skills Required:
Good communication and focus on solving any problems of quality in the products.
Basic knowledge of the manufacturing processes of Colgate Palmolive ..
Leadership Skills.
Technical skills.
Internal: Manufacturing, Marketing and RTC.
External: Suppliers of products and services.
Basic Requirements:
Upper course.
Experience between 05 and 07 years.
Fluent English.
Other Desirable Requirements:
Postgraduate / MBA.
